The goal of this 30-45 minute session is to review film that can help you fix your mistakes as well as find more ways to improve. There will be “football 101” involved which will allow athletes to gain a competitive edge from learning the game inside and out. Learn the game within the game understanding field dimensions, situations, and offensive/defensive tendencies.
Can’t make it to your workout or the commute is too far? No problem, we now offer a 1-hour workout virtually. Must have a safe, clear space to work out. Further details will be provided after booking.
