Speed & Agility

We will get faster! 

We will coach running techniques to help both acceleration and top-end speed. Training both stride length and stride frequency will help enhance speed mechanics. Also, emphasizing the details of exploding into cuts while still being under control. Minimizing wasted movements during multi-directional drills which will improve lateral quickness.
